Using the Knowledge Base Extension (Legacy)

Out of the box, the spreadsheet can only contain between 15-30 rows, depending on how long the entries are, but this can be extended indefinitely by using our knowledge base extension, which you can either get for free with our Enterprise plan OR pay $5 a month per spreadsheet! At the bottom left of the portal, there is a tab that looks like a book, and when you click on this without having the extension or an Enterprise plan, you will be shown a link to sign up! After you've signed up, you'll be greeted with a new page.

Here can enter in the URL's for the spreadsheets you want to have use the extension, though remember the price is per spreadsheet unless you have the Enterprise plan! If the page loads forever whenever you try to upload the spreadsheet here, try checking the spreadsheet to make sure the format is right!

Remember, you don't have to have the Enterprise plan to use the knowledge base extension, the Enterprise plan just gives it to you for free!
