The "respond" task will be the one you use most, as it is the task for the AI to have an actual conversation with the contact! For the AI to properly respond and have a conversation, you'll need to make sure that the trigger for the workflow is "contact replied", though you can have whatever filters you want on it. This ensures that the AI actually can read the conversation history, as it pulls the message that triggers the workflow and saves it. Bear in mind, if you swap between workflows, the conversation history will not carry over between workflows!
