Navigating the Capri Portal (Legacy)
Fallbacks
When you first log into the Capri portal, you'll see this page, which lists any of the recent messages that triggered a fallback, as well as what the AI was going to say in response!
Emulator
One of the most important pages in our portal is the emulator page! Here, you can simulate a live conversation with the AI to see how it would respond to you, and can also train the bot as to how you would like it to respond in certain situations!
Settings
The next page to take a look at is the settings. Here you can find information the CRM that you're using, including information on the calendar that you have linked, as well as the settings for the emulator in our portal or any iframed emulators you may have!
Knowledge Base
Next is the knowledge base tab! Here you will see one of two things: if you aren't subscribed with our knowledge base extension, you'll see a page telling you how you can get it, but if you are subscribed or have an enterprise plan, you'll see a spot where you can get your Capri token and add in new spreadsheets to use the extension with!
Billing
Finally, we have the billing tab. Here, you can adjust your subscription and see what plan you have with us!
