Custom Tasks (Legacy)

When you use the custom task in your webhook, this essentially removes all of our system prompts that we have in the background for the other tasks that form a kind of framework for the kind of task the AI is meant to be doing in those instances. For example, the "response" task has system prompts that tell the AI that it needs to continue the conversation and the "outreach" task tells the AI that it needs to generate an outreach message and gives it a few examples. With the custom task, the AI will have no additional prompting outside of what you directly give it, so we recommend only using this if you are very familiar with AI prompting!
