Navigate to "Settings > Channels" once logged into Capri
If desired, add a new Hubspot account for testing
Navigate to "Agents" on the left-hand menu
Click on the Agent titled "Hubspot Testing"
In the "Triggers" tab, add a new Trigger with the name "Hubspot Testing", choose Hubspot, and then set the filter to be "Does Not Have Tag" and the tag you set should be "Handoff"
Save the trigger, then edit the trigger and set it to "Active"
Navigate to the web page which hosts a chat widget connected to the Hubspot account you connected.
Send a message, and watch Capri reply in the webchat, as well as the message show in your inbox
